Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can receive a full refund provided you meet the requirements below. To arrange your refund, you must first contact us at support@mymedipatch.com.

Our requirements are as follows: 

  • Our standard return policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, typically we can’t arrange a refund.
  • You must include your order number in the email requesting a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for orders of 100 patches or more.
  • If we determine that you are ordering with the intention of receiving a refund (for example, if you order again after already requesting several refunds), we retain the right to cancel your order and stop offering you our services.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Warranty Policy

All of our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty, meaning we will repair or replace your products at no charge in the unlikely event your product is defective. For warranty processing, please send us an email at support@mymedipatch.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MediPatch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
